Changes in Orion Securities Leadership: Paulius Žurauskas to be appointed as new CEO
Paulius Žurauskas will take over as the CEO of Orion Securities subject to the approval of the Bank of Lithuania. He succeeds Karolis Pikūnas, who has led the company since 2023.

We will continue to focus on customer needs and exceptional service quality,” said P. Žurauskas.
Before joining Orion Securities, Žurauskas held the position of CEO at INVL Asset Management and a member of the board at INVL Family Office within the Invalda INVL group.. Prior to that, he led the Markets Department at Luminor for over three years. He also spent several years in senior management roles at SEB, where he played a key role in developing the capital markets, organizing landmark transactions in local and international format.
Karolis Pikūnas had been with Orion Securities since 2008 and assumed the CEO position in 2023, succeeding Alius Jakubėlis.
