Telecommunication company bonds
UAB Consilium Optimum (known to consumers under the brandname Fastlink) is telecommunication services company based in Lithuania. With this bond issue it aims to raise 3 M EUR offering investors 9% annual interest.
Bond issue is additionally secured by a guarantee issued by ILTE (National promotional institution of Lithuania) for an amount of EUR 1 500 000, which would be compensated to bondholders in the event of the issuer’s insolvency.
The bonds are secured by a first-rank pledge of a property complex – the issuer will pledge receivables from signed contracts with clients to the investors. As of October 2024, more than 60% of the Company’s revenue is generated from contracts with an average duration of 35 months. Statistically, 97% of clients renew their contracts upon expiration, and clients’ contractual obligations to the company increase each month.

As much as 98% of the Company’s customers consist of widely distributed B2C customers. The company currently has more than 35,000 customers of which 97% renew their contract once it finishes. The average contract duration is 35 months.
