Orion Securities helped to raise the necessary capital for Inbalance Grid, a Lithuanian company developing smart charging solutions for electric vehicles and operating a charging network.
Not only did Orion become a partner that helped to raise part of the needed investment but also one of the Orion group companies invested itself in this project.
During this time the company raised 1.3 m EUR of which 0.58 m EUR was raised by Orion Securities. Investments in the company were made by the Lithuanian Angel Investor Fund, the Spanish electro-mobility fund EIT and Civinity group.

The fact that the company has managed to expand its network to more than 300 charging points in just a couple of years shows that the team is ambitious and the company’s solution is effective.
