Orion Securities acted as an additional issue organiser and participated in distributing the shares of the crematorium business.
The shares were successfully distributed among Lithuanian retail and institutional investors and listed on the First North Vilnius Stock Exchange. K2, AB became the first company that had shares listed in this alternative stock exchange.
